Lizzie Fluke is a forward-thinking performance coach with a proven ability to drive sustainable improvements in athletic performance. Currently a Performance Coach with an inclusive client base from members of the public, elite and amateur athletes through to professional associations, NGO’s and federations. Lizzie focuses on exploring new possibilities for change within athletic systems to not only optimise performance but also positively shape behaviours and organisational culture.

Lizzie is able to provide meaningful insight into performance and in turn make bespoke recommendations on individual athletes, teams and clients through a combination of sound training practices, scientific evidence, the art of coaching and personal experience. Lizzie is modern and progressive in her approach to providing meaningful solutions for her clients. She ensures athletes and clients are fully supported in their progression to consistently perform at their best by using a holistic approach to physical preparation, athletic development, technical development, psychological preparation, health and well-being.

Possessing exceptional organisation, communication and relationship management skills combined with an extensive knowledge of different sporting disciplines and a multi-layered perspective on performance, Lizzie is able to provide bespoke leadership and inter-disciplinary support to varying organisations, athletes and teams.
