An ambitious football coach with a focus on player development, team engagement and the creation
of a unified club-wide culture that prioritises long term success both on and off the field.
Played at the highest level in both England and North America as well as representing Canada on the
international stage at a senior level 49 times, before progressing into coaching and technical club
management as a First Team Coach and Assistant General Manager of Toronto FC in Major League Soccer.
Currently the Executive Director of Aurora FC, providing critical leadership in the club’s growth while
also contributing to coaching and player development at all levels.
A forward thinking and attack minded coach who has built the ideal skill set for team management in
the modern game - including a commitment to supporting individual development, tactical intelligence,
performance analysis, program design, coach education and budget responsibility.
