Possesses experience coaching in elite football with the Rangers Ladies FC 1st team and academy as a coach and video analyst, as well as working in the USA with LA Galaxy Orange County having embraced the opportunity to learn in a different football culture.

Key Achievements

  • Two time Elite Spring Season Championship winner
  • Worked with the Rangers Ladies 1st team to analyse and tag match footage using LongoMatch software; categorising and sub- categorising clips for the manager to plan sessions, and preparing in depth reports on the opposition’s tactics and individual player
  • Contributed to the coaching and development of 19 players at Rangers Ladies and Kilwinning Girls that have progressed to play senior and / or international football
  • The Kilwinning Girls U13 team won their domestic treble in the 2009/10 season and the double in the 2011/12 season
  • Played a significant role in the SRUC first team winning the 2014/15 SSS MARS South West league title, holding the majority of responsibility for in game decision making and motivation as the manager was a player/manager
  • Exceeded the personal target of people placement within the East Ayrshire area at Street League, helping 46 people move into a positive destination (work, education, further training) which was four individuals above the target
  • Key part of a highly successful team at Street League, with Street League Ayrshire helping 164 people move into positive destinations (14 above target) and Street League Scotland helping over 1000 young people move into positive destinations
