Currently, Head of Player Development with Tecumseh Soccer Club in Windsor, Ontario, Canada and head coach of their u13 Ontario Player Development League team. Brendan strives to produce technically excellent and innovative players, with exceptional decision making skills. Brendan is a results-driven and focused individual, who strives to build rapport with all players, with excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to gain the support and belief of all players through a professional approach to management. Brendan is a lifelong learner of the game and is committed to attaining CPD opportunities to continuously develop as a coach.

Brendan is UEFA B License qualified, alongside possessing the NSCAA Advanced National Diploma, a Masters of Human Kinetics Applied Human Performance Science, University of Windsor, Canada and a bachelor of science degree in Sport and Exercise Management from UCD, Dublin. As a player Brendan played semi-professionally in Canada, Australia and Ireland alongside playing as a scholarship player with the University of Windsor Lancers soccer program for 2 seasons.

Brendan has an extensive background in player development and coaching of male and female teams in Ireland, USA, Australia and Canada. Brendan has just completed a stint in Australia where he acted as Technical Director of Coaching for Cockburn City SC and their U18 National Premier League head coach. Brendan had spent time as an assistant coach with the University of Windsor Lancers, male and female programs in 2016 alongside working in the east and west coast of the USA, and with clubs in Ireland in previous years.
