Job Role Details
Job Title- Soccer School Coach
Location- Working from Arsenal Soccer School KSA, locations based in the Eastern & Western Province
Contract- Full Time, 1 year contract. Including evening and weekend work.
Salary- 12500 SAR per month (equivalent to approx. £2,500 per month, tax free, currency exchange rates apply)

To coach and develop Arsenal Soccer School players aged 5–16 years in-line with the Arsenal Soccer Schools KSA Philosophy and Values. Work effectively as part of a team of two staff to manage the day-to-day operations of Arsenal Soccer School in Jeddah. Actively look to build relationships with local stakeholders to help grow the game.
Deliver high quality age appropriate sessions in-line with the Arsenal Soccer Schools KSA curriculum and philosophy.
Use appropriate and varied coaching intervention styles to meet the needs of every individual to make all sessions a fun learning environment.
Show a positive and enthusiastic manner to connect with members and other stakeholders to help build the project in Jeddah.
Use plan, do, review process in all aspects of work.
Maintain the highest professional standards at all times.
Be a positive team member appreciating the cultural diversity of working in KSA.
Actively engage and build partnerships with local stakeholders including schools, local clubs to help develop the grass roots game in Jeddah.
Manage the scheduling of external Soccer School fixtures.
Organise international trips including GCC tours and match day experiences to Arsenal FC.
Ensure all policies and procedures are met and up-to-date.
Undertake all administrative tasks related to the role.
Attend all relevant meetings and briefings.
UEFA 'B' Licence
FA Youth Modules 1 and 2
Valid Emergency Aid Certificate
Valid FA Safeguarding Children Workshop Certificate
Full UK Driving Licence
FA Coach Licenced
FA Youth Award or working towards
FA Goalkeeping Level 1

Exceptional organisational skills

Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience working within a Soccer School type environment
Appreciation on how to build projects

Excellent time-keeping, punctuality and the ability to meet deadlines
